It's now 1:00 AM NY time and only 10:00 here in Vegas. And you know what? I am exhausted. I had a couple of glasses of wine with dinner, I smoked some pot with my new favorite floral assistant (cause she travels with pot), and I want to go to bed. And I feel guilty about it. Because I know that one quick elevator ride is all that's separating me from my beloved Wheel of Fortune quarter slot machines. How often do I get to come to Vegas? I know I'm here for work, but I feel like if I go to bed, I'm being lame, or I'm missing out on an opportunity.
An opportunity to run through $50 in 10 minutes, 75 cents at a time.

An opportunity to play Wheel of Fortune? Meh. Go to bed. Or if you feel you must do something Vegas, do something new. Give $50 to a bum on the street. It'll be quicker, you can go to bed now, and you'll remember it always.
you always have the best ideas.
I went to a casino for the first time about 2 years ago-it is an American Indian run casino in Cherokee N.C. It was creepy, there were no actual cards being played (electronic dealers...big controversy here) and it took me $30 before I figured out how to operate the slots. Full of old people smoking and drinking in the middle of the day-I felt like the designated driver for a retirement home.....I'm so NOT a gamer Princess (you know this from my dismal wii performance though). I hope you slept well!
